About This Product
This unit strengthens a range of core muscle groups and legs.
- Legs: Sitting on the seat the user places their feet under the paddle. They extend and flex their legs with slow movements.
- Abdominal Up Holds: The user props themselves up with their forearms on the pads. The user then moves their thighs in the direction of their upper body.
- Pull Ups: The user hold the hand grips (wide or narrow) and pulls themselves upwards and slowly back down.
