About the project
This was a design and build project, catering for all ages and abilities. The playground is divided into two sections – toddlers and senior areas. The toddler area has been separated by grass mounds and picnic areas.
The majority of the equipment installed into the playground is Robinia Hardwood and Stainless Steel. Both materials are hardwearing and maintenance free.
The main attraction is the bespoke tower unit with two slides, a vertical rock wall, internat platforms and a rope bridge.
Other equipment includes:
- An Adventure Trail
- A 6m High Rope Net
- A Sand Play Area with a Multi Play Unit and Digger
- Cableway
- Various Swings that cater for all ages and abilities
