Ballina Town Park Playground Open’s Today

At 4pm today the new playground in the Ballina Town Park will open to the public. The playgrounds offers something for everyone. It caters for children of all ages and abilities.
The toddler area includes cradle swings, a bicycle roundabout, a multi-play unit and much more.
The senior area has a central tower unit, a cable way, a 6 seater contact swing, seesaw, trim trail equipment and much more.
Also incorporated into the playground are hill mounds which were used to segregate the two areas and It also acts as a wind breaker. The biggest advantage of hill mounds is that increase the play value for children, giving them a sense of adventure and it also encourages fitness.
